Lots of ad news

Coming back from a long weekend means a morning spent catching up on local, national, global and industrial news. Paired with a cup of coffee or tea, it can make for a great Monday morning – no matter the weather in Pittsburgh.

Mediapost, a go-to site for advertising or media news, had a lot to say about online ad spending, TV vs. social media and how advertising will overcome the recession.

Here are some articles worth reading – and sharing! For more articles, go to www.mediapost.com.

Entering the holidays with soup and charity

Dymun + Company has done a lot of work for non-profits in its time and continues to enjoy helping our Pittsburgh community.

The holiday season seems to bring out the good in everyone and this year, despite tight wallets and small budgets, our employees are stepping up to help our community.

During the winter season, employees are taking turns bringing in soup to share with colleagues. Each employee will pay $2 for a bowl a soup and at the end of the season, the money raised will go to a local charity in Pittsburgh.

We haven’t decided on our charity yet, so if you have any suggestions, please comment on this blog to let us know your thoughts!

Happy Holidays from all of us at D+CO!
